QAR: Qatari Riyal, the official currency used for transactions and payments on the platform.
3. Subscription Eligibility
To be eligible for a vendor subscription on newimetanic.com, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Own or be authorized to represent a registered business in Qatar or a recognized international business.
Have a valid commercial registration (CR) number and applicable business licenses.
Provide accurate and verifiable identity, banking, and contact information.
Agree to comply with Qatar’s e-commerce regulations and cybercrime laws.
4. Subscription Plans & Features
newimetanic.com offers a tiered subscription model to meet the needs of various vendors. Subscription plans may include the following:
a. Basic Plan (Free or Nominal Fee)
Limited product listings (e.g., up to 20 items).

Access to order management tools.

8. Promotions and Discounts
Vendors on paid subscription plans may receive access to promotional tools, discount codes, and featured listing opportunities. These promotional tools are subject to terms that may vary based on seasonal campaigns and must be used in accordance with platform guidelines.
9. Termination and Cancellation
a. Voluntary Cancellation
Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
b. Termination by newimetanic.com
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately if:
You violate the platform’s terms or applicable laws.
You engage in fraudulent activity or receive consistent negative reviews.
You misuse the platform’s payment or delivery systems.
Upon termination, your listings will be removed and your access to vendor tools will be revoked.
10. Data and Privacy
By subscribing, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Qatari data protection laws. Vendor and customer data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to provide core services (e.g., payment gateways, delivery partners).
11. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their product images, descriptions, and brand assets. However, by subscribing and uploading content, you grant newimetanic.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing, search engine optimization, and platform display.
The platform retains full ownership of its own branding, layout, interface, and proprietary technology.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between vendors and the platform will first be addressed via internal resolution processes. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to:
The Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI)
Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA)
Qatar International Court (for contractual/legal matters)
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
13. Limitations of Liability
newimetanic.com is not liable for:
Vendor or customer losses due to listing errors or delivery issues.
Technical outages beyond our reasonable control.
Third-party platform integrations or payment system failures.
Customer disputes or chargebacks.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the vendor in subscription fees over the last 6 months.
14. Modifications to Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms may be updated from time to time. Vendors will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
